mission & aimsSeaGate Development is a Ukraine based property development company focused on residential, retail and land development projects. For our projects we manage the full range of real estate development services including site acquisition, design, planning & permitting, construction, finance, leasing & sales and property management.
The company was founded in March, 2006 by two partners and has since grown to employ 22 people that are managing the development of six projects in the city and region of Odessa.
SeaGate Development has a strong team of international and local experts that manage every step of the development process together with reputable international and local partners to ensure each project is of high quality, flexible, cost effective and meets the expectations of our clients. Our local knowledge, contacts and relationships facilitate the site acquisition, planning & permitting, design and construction processes and ensure that our projects take into consideration local regulations, norms and services.
Our products include Residential, Offices, Logistics/Warehouse Parks and Retail.
